Jobgether seeks a GTM Manager Outbound (all genders) based in Ireland to lead an AI-powered outbound sales engine. You will research, score, and contact high-value targets, crafting personalized outreach across channels to generate qualified pipeline and drive revenue.

• 2-5 years in B2B SaaS outbound sales (SDR/BDR).
• Proven ability to generate qualified pipeline and outbound results.
• Experience using AI-powered workflows for prospecting, qualification, or reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot, including pipeline tracking.
• Strong copywriting to create persuasive outreach messages.
• Data-driven mindset to measure campaigns and improve performance.
• Excellent communication to engage across multiple channels.
• Ability to work independently and build new processes.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive testing of ideas.
• Fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities
