EY is seeking a Manager in People Consulting – Organisation Design. You will help shape client organisations through design, change management and operating model work.

The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing projects end-to-end and delivering sustainable business readiness capabilities. Based in Dublin, the role emphasises client engagement, practical problem solving, and the delivery of transformation programmes within a global, flexible working environment.
