Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Business Transformation to lead customer-facing transformation programs in Dublin. You will shape operating models, design governance, and drive end-to-end process improvements with a pragmatic, data-driven approach.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage delivery across agile, hybrid, and waterfall environments, and mentor junior team members while developing EY methods and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex business transformation, operating model or process improvement engagements.
• Ability to design target operating models aligned with strategic objectives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation engagements from assessment to benefits realization.
• Assess operating models, governance, processes and performance measures.
• Design target operating models and implementation roadmaps.
• Translate strategies into roadmaps, workstreams and initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end process analysis including discovery and redesign.
• Incorporate digital delivery, automation and AI into discovery work.
• Identify inefficiencies, root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Develop current/future state process documentation using modelling tools.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder interviews and workshops to build alignment.
• Define governance structures and accountability frameworks.
• Support organisation design and workforce implications.
