ESB in Ireland is seeking an Organisation Design & Development Specialist to shape how we optimise our organisation’s effectiveness and accelerate delivery of the Net Zero by 2040 strategy. You will collaborate with the Culture & Capability team to enable systemic, strategic OD&D across ESB.

The role supports senior leaders, introduces innovative approaches, and embeds OD thinking enterprise-wide while working within a hybrid model (minimum two days in the Dublin office).

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR/management consulting with 6+ years in organisation design, organisation development or change management
• Strong practitioner capable of leading long-term organisation effectiveness
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage sensitive work
• Excellent business acumen and financial awareness
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams

Responsabilités

• Analyse current operating model with business partners to identify design improvements
• Lead the full design cycle within ESB's org design framework from case for change to transition
• Track benefits, adoption, and KPI delivery post-implementation
• Provide objective challenge to ensure solutions align with ESB strategy and values
• Shape and improve OD&D policies, frameworks and toolkits with evidence-based approaches
• Ensure transparent demand management and alignment with executive sponsorship
• Build OD&D capability through workshops, coaching and knowledge transfer
• Lead as Subject Matter Expert for change management standards
• Advise leaders to make values-led decisions that improve performance and culture
• Foster inclusive engagement and ensure diverse perspectives are reflected in decisions
