Realtime Recruitment is sourcing an Oracle Order to Cash Lead for a major EMEA finance transformation based in Cork, Ireland. The role is hybrid (3 days on-site) and full-time, with a 12-month contract and extension potential.

You will lead the OTC workstream on a US HQ–led global Oracle template rollout, coordinating across multiple EMEA countries while ensuring local statutory and tax needs are addressed.

Qualifications

• Extensive OTC leadership in Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS.
• Experience with multi-country EMEA rollouts in a global template model.
• Strong stakeholder management across US HQ, EMEA countries and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMEA OTC workstream from localisation assessment through fit-gap, design, testing, deployment and hypercare.
• Distinguish must-have local requirements from areas that should simply adopt the global standard.
• Drive end-to-end OTC processes: order capture, pricing, credit, fulfilment, invoicing, AR, cash application, collections.
• Coordinate across Order Management, Receivables, Cash Management, Tax and GL.
• Manage integration touchpoints with banks, logistics providers, e-commerce platforms, payment gateways and tax engines.

Oracle Order to Cash Lead | EMEA Global Template Rollout | Cork, Ireland

We're hiring an Oracle Order to Cash Lead to join a major EMEA finance transformation programme, based in Cork (hybrid — 3 days/week on-site, full-time at key milestones).

Reporting to Programme Leadership / Finance Transformation Lead

The role

You'll be the EMEA face of the Order to Cash workstream on a US HQ-led global Oracle template rollout — coordinating deployment across multiple EMEA countries, and making sure global design stays consistent while genuine local statutory, tax and commercial requirements get properly addressed.

What you'll be doing

• Leading EMEA OTC from localisation assessment through fit-gap, design, testing, deployment and hypercare
• Distinguishing must-have local requirements from areas that should simply adopt the global standard
• Driving adoption across order capture, pricing, credit, fulfilment, invoicing, AR, cash application, collections, disputes and returns
• Securing formal approval for any justified EMEA deviations (VAT, e-invoicing, banking, local reporting)
• Pushing back on unnecessary customisation in favour of standard Oracle functionality
• Coordinating across Order Management, Receivables, Advanced Collections, Cash Management, Pricing, Inventory, Shipping, Tax and GL
• Managing integration touchpoints with banks, logistics providers, e-commerce platforms, payment gateways and tax engines

What we're looking for

• Strong track record leading OTC workstreams on Oracle Fusion Cloud / EBS implementations
• Experience with multi-country EMEA rollouts, ideally within a global template model
• Comfortable balancing global standardisation against local statutory reality
• Confident stakeholder manager — able to work across US HQ, EMEA countries and technical delivery teams
