Job summary

CareerWise Recruitment is seeking an O2C Team Leader for a North Cork based food production client. The role oversees the Order to Cash process, including order management, logistics coordination and invoicing, and reports to the Customer Services Manager.

You will combine hands-on people leadership with process ownership to achieve high order accuracy, on-time deliveries and accurate invoicing while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/admin or logistics.
• 3–5+ years in order management, CS, logistics, or invoicing.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is desirable.
• ERP experience (SAP SD/MM, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS and TMS a plus.
• Advanced Excel; reporting/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus.

An O2C team leader is required by CareerWise Recruitment to join our North Cork based food production client. This is an exciting opportunity join a well-established business as they go through an expansion phase. This role reports into the Customer Services Manager

ROLE

• The Order to Cash (O2C) Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the Order to Cash team, covering order management, logistics coordination, and invoicing.
• The role ensures that customer orders are processed accurately, deliveries are coordinated and executed on time, and invoices are issued correctly in line with orders and deliveries.
• The role combines hands-on people management with process ownership, driving the team to meet order accuracy, on-time delivery, and invoicing targets while building a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strong customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3–5+ years of experience in order management, customer service, logistics/supply chain coordination, or invoicing, ideally within a multinational or shared services environment.
• Prior experience supervising, coordinating, or leading a team is highly desirable; demonstrated informal leadership (e.g., mentoring, project leadership) will also be considered.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP SD/MM, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) covering order management and invoicing preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management (WMS) and transport management (TMS) systems is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
