Job summary

• Ability to analyse large datasets, perform data cleansing, and produce actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage timelines and priorities.

About Your New Job

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join hands-on role focused on reviewing the existing ERP and technology landscape, improving system governance, documenting key processes and integrations, and establishing best practices for the newly formed Business Intelligence team.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand current systems and processes, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and deliver clear recommendations and documentation that will support long-term technology and business continuity.

What Skills You Need

• Proven experience in digital transformation, business systems, data analytics, or a similar technology-focused role
• Strong ERP experience, with NetSuite experience highly desirable
• Strong understanding of system integrations, data architecture, workflows, and technical processes
• Experience working with MySQL or similar relational databases
• Strong SQL and Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting
• Experience with Power BI and data visualisation
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integrations
• Experience documenting system configurations, data flows, dependencies, interfaces, and operational procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience working with large datasets and data cleansing
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and competing priorities
