Job summary

Trust In SODA in Dublin is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead a high-visibility data transformation programme in a hybrid role. You will drive requirements gathering across Ops, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR and help shape a CRM implementation from design through UAT and adoption.

You will own the end-to-end rollout of a new BI tool, define data requirements with Data Engineering, and look for AI-enabled improvements to dashboards, reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business analysis or transformation.
• Experience delivering CRM implementations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics or similar).
• Hands-on dashboard development with Power BI, Tableau or Looker and strong UX focus.
• Ability to gather requirements across departments and influence without authority.
• Comfort working across business and tech teams in fast-moving environments.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and automation is a plus.

Senior Business Analyst — Dublin CC - Hybrid

We're partnered with a fast-growing EdTech company who are looking for a senior business analyst to lead a large impact data transformation programme. Previous experience of leading large scale transformations is key, as well as experience of working in a smaller fast-paced start-up. This is a high-visibility role at the centre of a strategic transformation. It offers real influence, real ownership and real impact.

Day to day in the role:

• Drive requirements gathering across Ops, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR


• Lead business input into a new CRM implementation — from design through UAT and adoption


• Own the end-to-end selection and rollout of a new BI tool, including dashboards, KPIs, and reporting governance


• Define data requirements, business rules, and data quality standards alongside Data Engineering


• Act as business lead on the transformation programme, partnering closely with the Technical Project Manager


• Spot opportunities to bring AI and automation into processes, reporting, and decision-making

Required experience:

• 7+ years in Business Analysis, Business Transformation, or similar


• Track record delivering CRM implementations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar)


• Hands-on experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, with a strong eye for UX


• Confidence gathering requirements across multiple departments and influencing without authority


• Comfort working across both business and technical teams in ambiguous, fast-moving environments


• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and automation a big plus
