• Proven experience leading digital transformation and business systems projects.
• Strong ERP experience, especially NetSuite, and understanding of integrations.
• Experience documenting system configurations, data flows, and interfaces.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to analyse large datasets, perform data cleansing, and produce actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage timelines and priorities.
