Job summary

TechHeads is seeking an experienced Integrations Lead to join a new SAP Centre of Excellence and support a major S/4HANA transformation programme. The role is business-facing and focused on establishing integration frameworks, methodology and best practice while overseeing delivery through technology teams and external partners.

You will help shape how integrations are planned, governed and delivered across a large-scale transformation, combining ERP technical understanding with delivery,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Integration, Integration Architecture or a similar role.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Dynamics or Oracle ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration, APIs and interfaces.
• Experience across multiple applications and third-party systems.
• Experience establishing integration frameworks, methodologies or governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to challenge solutions and identify risks or gaps.
• Experience with implementation partners or external consultants.
• Exposure to SAP BTP or cloud integration technologies.
• Experience within large-scale transformation programmes.

A major organisation undergoing significant transformation is seeking an experienced Integrations Lead to join a new SAP Centre of Excellence and support a major S/4HANA transformation programme.

This is a business-facing role focused on establishing integration frameworks, methodology and best practice, while overseeing delivery through technology teams and external partners.

You will have an opportunity to join a new SAP Centre of Excellence and help shape how integrations are planned, governed and delivered across a major S/4HANA transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish integration frameworks, methodology and delivery standards.

• Work with business, technology and delivery partners to shape integration approaches.
• Identify gaps, challenge solutions and ensure integrations are robust and auditable.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Integration, Integration Architecture, Integration Management or a similar role.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration, APIs and interfaces.
• Experience across multiple applications, platforms and third-party systems.
• Experience establishing integration frameworks, methodologies or governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to challenge solutions and identify risks or gaps.
• Experience working with implementation partners, AMS providers or external consultants
• Exposure to SAP BTP or cloud integration technologies.
• Experience within large-scale transformation programmes.
