Cognizant Ireland is seeking a content operations specialist to implement Generative AI technologies to enhance content creation and management, and to analyze data with Excel while ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires rotating 7-day shifts with a 100% office-based arrangement in Dublin. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain high attention to detail, and support high-profile tech initiatives and content performance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Gleans data via outbound calls to businesses within specific country locations.

• Utilize MS Excel to analyze and interpret data for content operations.
