Cognizant in Dublin is seeking a Content Operations Associate to support data-driven content workflows in a fast-changing tech environment. The role involves reviewing and summarising requests, ensuring policy compliance, and using MS Excel to analyse data for improved content management.

You will work a 7-day rotating shift, 100% office-based, and bring Gen AI skills (prompt engineering) along with Turkish and English fluency to communicate across teams and drive high-quality outputs.

Job Description

• Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines.
• Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
• Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research.
• Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
• Adhere to process norms and structure.
• Ability to gather information via outbound calls to businesses within specific country locations.
