Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an Operations Director in Sligo, Connacht. This role leads day-to-day operations across engineering, procurement and production within an internationally renowned manufacturer, with a Monday–Friday on-site pattern and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

You will manage multiple teams, implement your own processes, and help the business grow through its multi-million pound investment.

Do you have Operational Management experience within Engineering or Manufacturing looking to join an internationally renowned manufacturer and play a vital role in the ongoing growth and development?

This company trade as experts in the Manufacture and Engineering of Automation and Production equipment. This role is due to growth and Multi-million pound investment.

You will be based out of their HQ on a Monday - Friday basis. You will play a vital role in the operations across the business, overseeing a range of teams from Engineering, Procurement and Production and drive processes forward.

This role would suit an Operations Manager, Leader or Director looking for further technical development, clear progression and to work within a lead business.

The Role:

• Operational Management - overseeing small team and day to day.
• Working within large manufacturing plant.
• Monday to Friday onsite.

The Person:

• Operations Manager, Director, Leader, Head of.
• Experience within Engineering or Manufacturing.
