Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager for a brand-new manufacturing facility in Moynalty, Meath. Up to €85,000 salary, Monday to Friday, with primary responsibility for commissioning and full operating oversight from day one.

You will lead site operations, develop the team, drive HSE, quality and continuous improvement, and align with senior management on long-term site strategy.

Qualifications

• Operations experience in manufacturing environments.
• Manufacturing leadership experience managing multiple teams.
• Project delivery experience from initiation to completion.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across functions.

Responsibilities

Here’s an opportunity for a leading organisation investing in a brand-new facility in County Meath, and they’re looking for an experienced Site Operations Manager to take the site from commissioning through to full operation.

If you want to build an operation from the ground up, develop a new team and put your own stamp on how the facility operates this would be for you. You’ll have significant ownership across operations, people, HSE, quality, costs and continuous improvement, while working closely with senior management to deliver the site's long-term strategy.
