Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an Onsite Support Analyst to be based in Dublin, Ireland. You will act as the first contact for local technical support at customer sites, delivering prompt, professional assistance and maintaining an emphasis on customer service.

The role covers troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and security practices, with onsite presence and strong collaboration with IT teams to ensure a stable IT environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of deskside support experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar service desk tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL v4 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for technical support at customer sites.
• Deliver prompt, professional IT assistance to resolve issues.
• Handle escalations calmly and escalate to L2/L3 as needed.
• Perform onsite visits and maintain effective end-user empathy.
• Maintain accurate incident documentation and knowledge base.
