Job summary

Covalen, a CPL company, is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for weekend shifts at Henry Street, Limerick, onsite. Permanent part-time with initial full-time training (9 weeks, Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:30) from Oct to Dec. The role supports a financial client and promotes Covalen values.

Responsibilities include handling calls, updating records, driving sales targets, and cross-selling products. Eligibility to work in Ireland and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written English and interpersonal skills.
• Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland; able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls and collate customer information.
• Handle inquiries via a virtual call centre and provide fast resolutions.
• Drive customer engagement and cross-sell relevant products where appropriate.
