Job summary

Covalen is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist for weekend, part-time work at Henry Street, Limerick. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, collect customer information, and drive sales opportunities while upholding company values.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work Saturdays and Sundays 09:00–17:30, and completion of initial full training. Eligibility to work in Ireland and background checks are required, with onsite training provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication (spoken & written English).
• Eager to learn and grow with Covalen.
• Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and pass all background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls efficiently and timely.
• Collate information from customers via telephone calls.
• Receive inbound calls and answer customer questions from a virtual call centre.
• Keep customer records up to date in line with CCMA/CPC regulations.
• Drive sales to achieve targets and identify new opportunities.
• Refer or cross-sell relevant products to meet customer requirements.
