Responsibilities

• Install and support Ticketmaster software and hardware (e.g., printers, handheld devices, POS).
• Update firmware and software on devices to keep them current.
• Install and support network devices including wireless access points and switches.
• Upgrade and replace hardware/software as needed.
• Configure and test hardware/software to ensure proper operation.
• Diagnose and resolve issues remotely or on-site.
• Log incidents and update incident management systems.
• Track assets and maintain asset management records.
