Qualifications

• 3+ years in Enterprise B2B SaaS deployment, consulting, professional services, or implementation.
• 3+ years leading complex, global, external SaaS implementation projects for large enterprises.
• Ability to own projects, work independently, and manage multiple priorities and timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to align technical and business teams.
• Experience translating business requirements into feasible product setups.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for global customers, leading kickoff calls and Q&A sessions.
• Manage day-to-day projects, governance, planning, and stakeholder reporting.
• Translate business requirements into feasible product setups within the HiredScore integration.
• Develop onboarding materials and refine best practices from deployment feedback.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Customer Success to transition accounts to long-term adoption.
