MaintainX is seeking an Implementation Consultant for the EMEA region. You will lead complex software implementations, drive adoption, and deliver onboarding experiences. You will partner with customers as a trusted advisor, manage multi-phase deployments, and train client teams to ensure long-term success.

The role involves travel and collaboration across product, sales and account management teams. The ideal candidate brings experience in enterprise software deployments, strong communication

Qualifications

• Lead multi-phase software implementations with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deliver formal training to client teams and end-users.
• Identify opportunities to maximize product value and adoption.
• Travel up to 20% for client engagements.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex, multi-phase software implementations, balancing cross-functional stakeholders and change management.
• Lead customer interactions and communications throughout the implementation lifecycle to maximize product value and adoption.
• Serve as client manager during implementation to manage expectations and ensure end-user satisfaction.
• Deliver formal training to client project teams and end-users.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams during onboarding.
• Track and communicate client issues; troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and milestones.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues on product, sales, account management initiatives.
