Job summary

RateGain Travel Technologies, in partnership with Sojern, seeks a Client Success Associate – Onboarding (Italian / German speaking) to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for clients, coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are configured and launched accurately.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple onboarding projects.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in project coordination, onboarding, client services, or operations.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset and cross-functional teamwork.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Italian or German.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onboarding contact for clients during onboarding.
• Conduct kickoff calls to explain timelines and next steps.
• Guide clients through submitting materials and accessing the Sojern Portal.
• Coordinate with technical teams to configure tracking and integrations.
• Identify issues and troubleshoot to ensure on-time campaign launches.
• Maintain onboarding pipeline in Salesforce and dashboards.
• Escalate issues early to prevent delays and launch failures.
