Job summary

Diageo plc in Dublin, Republic of Ireland, is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager for On Trade to deliver profitable growth across a defined portfolio of pubs, bars and outlets in Ireland. You will build trusted customer relationships, translate brand priorities into outlet actions and use CRM and performance insights to prioritise the next best action while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

Experience in FMCG or beverage industry preferred.
Strong account management and field sales experience.
Ability to translate brand priorities into outlet actions.

Responsibilities

Own customer and outlet delivery: manage a portfolio and call plan, build growth actions and complete business reviews.
Grow portfolio performance in outlets: secure distribution, visibility, and rate of sale.
Land activation and innovation: execute promotions, launches, activations and training with partners; track outcomes and follow-through.
Use data, CRM and forecasting to act: maintain EDGE/CRM records; coordinate forecast inputs and use rate-of-sale data to prioritise action.
Resolve issues and protect trust: lead cross-functional follow-through on delivery, quality, pricing and execution.
