Job summary

Diageo plc in Ireland is seeking an experienced On-Trade Account Manager to drive profitable growth across a defined portfolio of beer and spirits outlets. You will build trusted relationships, translate brand priorities into activations, and protect quality while delivering high rate of sale.

You will use CRM, forecasting and performance data to prioritise actions, collaborate cross-functionally, and spend significant time in trade with occasional events.

Qualifications

• Relevant FMCG, beverage alcohol, hospitality, field sales, customer operations or account execution experience.
• Strong customer relationship, influencing and negotiation capability.
• Proven ability to deliver distribution, activation, quality and rate-of-sale improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own customer and outlet delivery: manage a defined customer portfolio and call plan, build growth actions and reviews.
• Grow portfolio performance in outlet: win distribution, availability, menu placement, visibility and advocacy.
• Land activation and innovation: execute promotions, launches and training with cross-functional partners; track outcomes.
• Use data, CRM and forecasting to act: maintain EDGE/CRM records and coordinate forecast inputs with teams.
