Job summary

Diageo is seeking a field sales professional to drive profitable growth across on-trade customers in Ireland. You will manage a defined portfolio, translate brand priorities into outlet actions, and protect investment return.

You will use EDGE/CRM, forecast inputs, and Vision data to prioritise actions, while collaborating with Customer Marketing, RGM, Supply, and Finance. A driving licence and significant time in trade are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG/beverage/hospitality sales.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyse data and prioritise actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage an agreed customer portfolio and call plan.
• Grow distribution, visibility, and rate of sale across Ireland.
• Lead promotions, activations, and training with internal partners.
