You will leverage a minimum of three years’ On-Trade experience to build strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and drive value and volume targets across the region, reporting to Regional Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• This role is for a Business Development professional with a minimum of three years working in the On-Trade.
• The Business Developer will grow Richmond Marketing’s premium products portfolio in the On-trade.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a proven sales record.
• Excellent customer focus and high productivity across the role.

Responsibilities

• Actively market & promote Richmond’s portfolio within the licensed trade.
• Build strong direct & indirect route to market business.
• Achieve value and volume targets.
• Execute promotions and visibility in the trade.
• Monitor competitor and industry updates.
• Maintain high standards of credit management across customers.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain appearance and discipline.
• Support teamwork with On-Trade Sales Manager and brand/marketing teams.
