Job summary

RECRUITERS in Ireland is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join their Warehouse & Logistics team in Swords on site. This permanent role offers opportunities for career growth within a forward-thinking company.

The role blends hands-on warehouse tasks with inventory management, data entry, and systems administration, ensuring accurate order fulfilment and efficient processes. Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or order fulfilment preferred
• Strong computer literacy and English communication
• Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with inventory systems is a plus
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new software and digital tools including AI tools
• Manual Handling certification and Reach Truck licence advantageous but not essential
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Goods-In & Returns: Process deliveries and record receipts
• Product Reworking: Repack products and apply labels
• Systems & Data: Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel, Google Sheets and inventory management systems
• Warehouse Organisation: Keep the warehouse clean and orderly
