Job summary

Beacon Hospital, located in Dublin, is seeking a Senior Marketing Communications Executive to join our dynamic team. You will lead integrated campaigns, translate clinical information into clear communications, and drive brand growth across patient, GP and staff audiences.

You will work closely with senior marketing leaders, manage multiple high-profile projects, and mentor the Marketing Communications Assistant.

Qualifications

• A degree in marketing, English or a related discipline.
• 5+ years’ relevant marketing communications experience.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt complex information for different audiences and channels.
• A creative mindset and genuine passion for marketing and communications.
• Commercial awareness and confidence managing significant budgets and media investment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• A proactive, confident approach and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organisational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong capability across Microsoft Office, Canva and relevant marketing and digital tools.
• Leadership skills and the ability to support, motivate and develop junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated campaigns across press, radio, digital, social and other channels.
• Translate complex clinical information into clear, engaging patient- and GP-facing content.
• Measure campaign performance against investment, referrals and growth targets.
• Maintain brand standards across internal and external communications.
• Oversee production of GP and staff newsletters and other publications.
• Develop high-quality marketing materials for digital and print channels.
• Collaborate with PR to create press releases, speeches and media stories.
• Create engaging visual content with photographers and videographers.
