Job summary

Special Olympics Ireland seeks a Marketing and Communications Manager to lead our campaigns and strategy across channels, reporting to senior leadership. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver on fundraising, sport, volunteer and regional objectives, while driving brand growth and audience engagement.

The role requires strong marketing background, excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with hybrid working from our Dublin campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years' experience in marketing and communications.
• Ability to multi-task, collaborate and prioritise.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of the Marketing and Communications team to grow audience and engagement across social platforms and manage the organisational website.
• Implement communications plans to support fundraising campaigns and increase income and brand recognition.
• Create a wide range of marketing materials including the Annual Report.
• Monitor press stories and maximise positive PR.
• Maximise the marketing and communications budget.
• Build relationships with key media to secure media coverage, online and offline.
• Collaborate with external agencies and sponsor/partner teams to meet needs.
