Job summary

Beacon Hospital in Dublin is seeking a Cancer Services Project Manager to lead strategic transformation programmes within the Cancer Service, driving digital transformation, service redesign and performance improvement. You will work with Executive Management, Oncology Leadership and IT to deliver major initiatives such as the OncoLens Tumour Board platform, governance, and data-enabled decision making.

The role requires strong programme management in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

Postgraduate qualification in Management, Healthcare Management or Business Administration is desirable.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent desirable.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with Business Intelligence/ data visualization tools (Power BI) desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic Cancer Services projects from business case development through implementation and post-go-live optimisation.
Develop project scopes, governance structures, roadmaps and documentation aligned with priorities.
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
Lead end-to-end implementation of the OncoLens Tumour Board Platform and workflow redesigns.
Develop and maintain tumour board governance documentation and standards with Oncology Leadership.
Collaborate with IT, Data Analytics and clinical teams to enable digital innovation and future integration.
