Job summary

Collins McNicholas Recruitment is assisting a leading multinational based in Citywest to hire an experienced Communications Lead on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will drive internal and external communications, protect corporate reputation, and partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic initiatives, while mentoring a small team.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years in communications, strong writing and media relations, and proven stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' communications experience, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience advising senior executives and managing communications in complex environments.
• Proven experience in corporate communications, media relations, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic internal and external communications plans.
• Partner with senior leadership, including the General Manager, on reputation management and communications strategy.
• Lead media relations, corporate messaging, executive communications, and social media activity.
• Support brand teams with communications strategies that drive business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and provide crisis communications support when required.
• Create high-quality content including press releases, presentations, speeches, and briefing materials.
