Senior Marketing Communications Manager - Fixed Term Contract

Location: Dublin, Hybrid

Cpl is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Marketing Communications Managerto join a leading organisation on a fixed term contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer to lead strategic marketing initiatives, product launches, demand generation campaigns, content creation, and event management within a fast-paced B2B environment.

This position will play a key role in driving market awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through a mix of product marketing, communications, content, and event-led activities. Working closely with product, sales, and leadership teams, you'll be responsible for bringing products and solutions to market while creating compelling marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
• Create compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions
• Produce sales enablement materials including pitch decks, case studies, and marketing collateral
• Manage content across digital channels including website, email, social media, blogs, and thought leadership campaigns
• Deliver lead generation and email marketing programmes to support commercial objectives
• Coordinate industry events, sponsorships, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives
• Work with CRM and marketing automation platforms to improve campaign performance and reporting
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing activitiesSupport internal communications around product launches and key business initiatives

About You

• 5+ years' experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong B2B marketing experience
• Proven success delivering product launches and go-to-market campaigns
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills
• Experience with lead generation, email marketing, CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and project management capabilities
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
