Great National Ballykisteen Hotel in Limerick Junction, Tipperary is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily hotel operations at senior level, reporting to the General Manager.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality management degree with 5+ years in hotel operations, strong leadership, and a focus on guest experience, efficiency, and cost control. This on-site role offers growth within the GN Group network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in hotel operations with 3+ years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in F&B and Front Office operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office, housekeeping, F&B and other operations.
• Manage daily hotel operations and coordinate department heads.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Recruit, train and mentor department heads.
• Monitor safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare regular performance and guest satisfaction reports.
