Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Dublin is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to manage the visitor experience and front-of-house services for the Integrated Facility Management team on the Amazon account.

You will greet visitors, handle sign-in and deliveries, coordinate meeting spaces, and support space audits. Fluency in English and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, concierge or related field.
• Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of staff.
• Fluency in English and local language.
• Strong PC literacy and ability to use daily systems.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the internal and external visitor experience and ensure positive interactions.
• Deliver core front of house services such as sign-in, badging, luggage and deliveries.
• Receive and route telephone, email and other queries via front of house.
• Greet and direct candidates, visitors and the general public.
• Coordinate meeting room setups and maintain space presentation standards.
• Maintain room booking systems and monitor meeting environments.
• Support onsite space audits and related administrative tasks.
