JLL in Dublin is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador for our Integrated Facility Management team on the Amazon account. You will manage front‑of‑house services, sign-in, badging, visitor greetings, and run meeting and event spaces to deliver outstanding experiences.

You should have reception or concierge experience, strong English, and excellent customer service skills. This fixed-term role is on-site in Dublin and offers exposure to a global corporate environment with a focus on safety

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, concierge or related field.
• Previous catering or hospitality experience is desirable.
• Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff.
• Experience in high profile corporate environments is valued.
• Facilities Management exposure would be beneficial.
• Fluency in English and local language.
• Strong PC literacy and ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
• Very high attention to detail.
• Outstanding customer service skills with ability to communicate at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of the internal and external visitor experience, ensuring positive interactions.
• Deliver core front of house services such as sign-in, badging, luggage, lost and found, deliveries.
• Receive and relay queries via front of house (telephone, email).
• Greet and direct candidates, new hires, visitors and the public.
• Maintain high standards of presentation across front of house and events areas.
• Set up meeting and event spaces per guidelines and safety considerations.
• Monitor meeting room environments and equipment.
• Maintain room booking systems (Outlook/SharePoint).
• Be aware of local area services to support customers.
• Coordinate with security and janitorial teams for meetings and events.
• Respond promptly to meetings and events inquiries.
• Work flexibly in different settings as part of the team.
• Keep room displays updated according to processes.
• Support space audits and other facilities tasks as needed.
