Principle HR is seeking an Office Support Executive for a public sector client in Dublin. The role provides executive and administrative support to senior managers and project teams, with a focus on coordinating diaries, meetings and events.
You will draft internal communications, help with employee engagement and change communications, and maintain governance records and progress updates, working in a hybrid Dublin environment with stakeholders across the organisation.
Location: Dublin 1 (Hybrid)
Salary: €46,000 per annum
Contract: 18 months
We are recruiting an Office Support Executive to join a leading organisation in Dublin, supporting a range of strategic projects, organisational change initiatives and internal communications activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, proactive professional who enjoys working with senior stakeholders and wants to broaden their experience across project coordination, communications and business support.
Provide executive and administrative support to senior managers and project teams.
Coordinate diaries, meetings, workshops and events, including agendas, logistics and action tracking.
Draft internal communications, presentations, reports and briefing materials.
Support employee engagement activities, staff briefings and organisational change communications.
Maintain project documentation, governance records and progress updates.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination across projects.
Minimum 2 years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator, Business Support, Office Coordinator or Communications Coordinator role.
Excellent written communication skills, with experience drafting professional communications, reports and presentations.
Experience supporting internal communications, employee engagement, events or stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Strong diary management, meeting coordination and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Desirable: Experience supporting senior leadership, organisational change projects or working in the public sector or professional services.
