Cpl Healthcare is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our client’s day-to-day operations. The role suits an organised, proactive individual with strong customer and supplier query handling and excellent attention to detail.

You will process invoices, maintain records, generate reports, assist with stock and logistics, and liaise with internal teams. A friendly professional approach and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, are essential.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Experience with accounting or business software would be advantageous, but training can be provided.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.

  • Respond to customer queries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain and update customer, supplier, and product records within internal systems.

  • Manage filing and document control, ensuring records are maintained accurately.
  • Assist with stock administration and inventory updates.
  • Support logistics and delivery administration, including route updates and scheduling changes.
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
  • Match and reconcile receipts, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
