Poco Beauty in Dublin 24 (Rathcoole area) is seeking an Accounts and Office Administrator on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) to support finance, administration and customer service. This on-site role requires strong attention to detail and excellent MS Office skills.
You will process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, handle payments and stock records, manage orders, and provide general office support.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and organised Accounts and Office Administrator to join our dynamic team and provide essential support across finance, administration and customer service.
The Accounts and Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the accounts department while assisting with general office administration. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
Assist with reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
Record customer payments and receipts.
Maintain organised and up-to-date financial and purchasing records.
Credit Card Reconciliation – reconcile monthly credit card transactions against receipts and accounting records, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved.
Monthly Stock Evaluation – process the monthly stock evaluation, reviewing stock levels, values and variances and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
Process retail orders, coordinate deliveries and ensure orders are invoiced accurately and promptly.
Provide general administrative support to the accounts and other department teams.
Manage office supplies, deliveries and correspondence.
Support the team in maintaining efficient office operations and filing systems.
Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness and overall organisation of the office space, ensuring a professional and welcoming working environment.

1–2 years of experience in an administrative or accounts support role is mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Apps.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Professional communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
