• Solid understanding of import documentation, Incoterms, and Irish import customs procedures.
• Hands-on experience using freight platforms like CargoWise One or MultiFreight.
• Ability to meet tight port and shipping cut-off deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own ocean import files (FCL & LCL) from origin booking to Dublin Port delivery.
• Prepare and process Irish import customs entries, Bills of Lading, and shipping docs.
• Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines, and hauliers to optimize import transit times.
• Serve as primary operational contact for key client accounts and provide milestone updates.
• Oversee ocean import profitability and client billing.
