Responsibilities

• Maintains excellent relationships with suppliers (internal/external).
• Responsible for compliance with CDZ regulations as part of Export / Import process.
• Management of accounts payable invoices.
• Ensure full compliance with local & regional KPIs.
• Open, invoice, close & file all shipments per standard procedure.
• Manage customer-specific billing & EDI invoicing processes.
• Manage 3rd party shipments / billings where appropriate.
• Advise on performance issues and propose improvements to suppliers and teams.
• Be the first point of contact with customers for bookings, queries, quotations or concerns.
