Expeditors in Ireland (Dublin) invites applications for an Air Import Lead Agent role within the Air Import Department. Ensure timely freight movement and data entry, track and trace, and compliance with OPS and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Understanding of air documentation process a plus.
• Effective interpersonal skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Update and verify data entry in operating system.
• Track and trace Air Import files as required.
• Use Workflows on daily basis.
• Ensure timely delivery of freight to customers for Import shipments.
• Ensure documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposes.
• Ensure accurate client and Service Providers billing.
• Interact with customers to arrange international shipments and meet service standards.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers (airlines, trucking, etc.).
• Adhere to OPS and external regulations; follow customer policies.
• Understand processes and seek efficiency improvements.
• Follow standard operating procedures and KPI standards.
• Communicate with stakeholders globally.
