Job summary

Qualifications

2+ years of air export freight forwarding experience in Ireland.
Strong knowledge of air export docs and Irish export procedures.
Proficient with air freight software (CargoWise, MultiFreight).
Ability to meet tight airline cut-off times.
Knowledge of Known Cargo security rules and MAWB/HAWB paperwork.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end air export lifecycle including bookings, routing, and tracking.
Negotiate with airlines, GSAs, and partners for best rates and space.
Prepare MAWB/HAWB and Irish export declarations in compliance.
Serve as primary contact for air export clients with updates and solutions.
Audit invoices and manage air export costing for profitability.
