Ballymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our team and deliver exemplary guest service at the Front Desk. The role includes performing receptionist duties, check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, be available for night shifts across weeknights and weekends, and work five days per week in a bustling hotel environment.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• The ideal candidate must be available to work shifts through the night during the week, weekends and public holidays.
• The ideal candidate must be able to work five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Complete Front Office Receptionist duties
• Handle check-ins and check-outs following hotel procedures
• Ensure security checks are completed on a nightly basis
• Maintain upkeep and appearance of the lobby and main hotel entrance
• Handle room service calls quickly and efficiently
