Job summary

CPL Resources on behalf of a leading Health Technology company in Galway is hiring multiple Customer Support Representatives for a permanent full-time night shift (17:00–01:00). You will assist customers and staff, resolve queries and refunds, and maintain product knowledge in a professional environment.

Hybrid options are available after probation. Applicants must have own transport as public transport is not available. English fluency and strong communication are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Native speaker of one or more languages.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional telephone and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and employee questions/concerns and resolve issues related to products, including complaints and refunds.
• Maintain knowledge of company facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies and procedures.
• Represent the company in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
• Complete documentation to in-house standards and be compliant with all procedures.
• Work in a safe manner at all times.
• Report to the Customer Service Team Leader.
