Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to Brand Partner and Customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Address and resolve concerns related to orders, product information, refunds, and account issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and compliance guidelines.
