Job summary

Collins McNicholas Recruitment in Galway city is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for an evening shift (5pm–1am). You will respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email and live chat, and help Brand Partners with orders, refunds and account questions.

You will maintain up-to-date product knowledge, guide customers on policies and promotions, document interactions accurately, and escalate complex issues when needed while working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Native language speaker or one or more languages.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in network marketing, direct sales.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to Brand Partner and Customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Address and resolve concerns related to orders, product information, refunds, commissions and account issues.
• Handle product complaints, ensuring a prompt resolution in line with company policies while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Provide clear guidance on company policies, promotions, and compensation plans.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, business models and compliance guidelines.
• Process refunds, exchanges, and adjustments in accordance with company policies.
• Accurately document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Assist Brand Partners in navigation back-office systems and understanding their earnings and orders.
• Follow company procedures and industry regulations to maintain compliance.
