Job summary

Cpl Healthcare in Galway is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for an evening shift. You will be the first point of contact for customers and Brand Partners, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

In this role you will respond via phone, email, and live chat; process refunds and adjustments; and provide clear guidance on policies and compensation plans.

Qualifications

• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in network marketing.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent telephone and customer service capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support regarding products, orders, policies, and compensation plans while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
• Respond promptly to Brand Partner and Customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Address and resolve concerns related to orders, product information, refunds, commissions, and account issues.
• Handle product complaints and ensure prompt resolution in line with company policies.
• Document customer interactions accurately and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Assist Brand Partners in navigating back-office systems and understanding earnings and orders.
