Job summary

Staycity Group is hiring a Night Reception Team Member to ensure exceptional guest experiences during the night shift. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and respond to inquiries with warm, professional communication.

Previous night-reception experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided, and you’ll join a team focused on hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction across our Dublin properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar property is helpful but not required.
• Opera familiarity preferred but training provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

• Be a Brand Ambassador: represent Staycity Group with joy and enthusiasm.

• Previous experience working in a similar property is helpful but not a "must have" as full training will be provided
• Prior experience using Opera is helpful but not a "must have" as full training will be provided
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
