Job summary

The Fitzwilliam Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Night Auditor/Night Receptionist for their Dublin properties. You will be the overnight point of contact for guests, responsible for safety, security, and the smooth running of Night Audit processes, while following established Front Office standards.

You will also ensure all shift tasks are completed with a focus on presentation and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience working nights in a similar role.
• Opera experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct point of contact for guests during the overnight shift.
• Ensure safety and security of guests and the building.
• Oversee Night Audit and related reports.
• Follow Front Office Standards Manual procedures.
• Complete all shift checklists and tasks.
• Maintain security and cash handling per company policy.

Night Auditor/Night Receptionist

Townhouse on the Green are currently seeking an experiencedNight Auditor/Night Receptionist.

The role involves:

• Being the direct point of contact for our guests during the overnight shift.

• Responsible for the safety and security of the guests and the building.

• Ensure the smooth running of the Night Audit and related reports

• Carrying out all tasks in accordance with procedures as outlined in the Front Office Standards Manual.

• Ensuring all tasks and checklists are actioned and completed during shift.

• Ensuring that all aspects of security and cash handling are followed at all times in accordance with the company Policy.

• Having the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness.

About the role

The ideal candidate must have:

• Previously worked nights in a similar role

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Previous experience of Opera is preferred

• Attention to detail

• Strong customer focus skills

• Positive attitude to work

• Enjoys a sense of empowerment and a want to improve

• The ability to work night shifts and weekends
