Job summary

citizenM in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a dynamic hospitality ambassador to blend customer service, reception, conciergerie and bar/cafe duties. You will help guests from check-in to meals, while maintaining spaces and assisting with city guidance.

The role offers a permanent full-time position with a rotating 24/7 schedule, competitive salary, rewards, and global learning programs. Fluency in English is required; other languages are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Make sure everyone gets a warm welcome as soon as they walk in.
• Help guests at the self check-in kiosks (we have no reception desk).
• Preparing and serving hot and cold breakfast and meals.
• Brewing delicious coffee or mixing a signature cocktail.
• Being a secret concierge to the city, answering guests’ questions about the best places to visit, eat, shop or party.
• Maintaining the living room and the canteen clean, and arranging food displays for the following shift.
• Helping our guests with any requests or demands regarding our facilities (you may even get some new tech skills).
• Handling reservations in our property management system (PMS).
• Preparing societyM meeting rooms where applicable.

Your typical citizenM shift could include:

• Making sure everyone gets a warm welcome as soon as they walk in;

Typical shifts are:

our hotel operates 24/7 with a rotating flexible schedule, including:

• Mornings: 6:50AM - 3:10PM
• Afternoons: 2:50PM - 11:10PM
• Availability to work weekends is required!
