Job summary

Cliff at Lyons in the County Kildare countryside is seeking a Night Porter to join its hospitality team. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, and ensure a smooth, secure night-time operation across the lobby and entry areas.

The role requires a polite, proactive approach and a willingness to deliver attentive service in a luxury hotel setting. This is a permanent, on-site position with negotiable salary reflective of experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage from the moment they arrive at the hotel until they reach their room.
• Provide directions and escort guests to their rooms while offering assistance with explaining room features and hotel amenities.
• Ensure the cleanliness and order of the lobby, entrance areas, and any designated porter stations.
• Maintain the cleanliness of luggage trolleys and ensure all equipment is in working condition.
